WTB: Audio wire

I have Sena 20S headsets and looking for cables to hard wire into the bike audio and to the Sena 20s.

Figured I would check here first to see if anyone has any they are not using.

Beware- I bought a 3 foot extension for the Aux audio cable and all it did was blare RPM whine in my ears. Then I bought a plug and play 3 foot extension, thinking that a cable hooked up to the harness would work. Nope, once the engine hit 1500 RPM the whine was there. Not as bad as the extension, but still worthless for listening.

Hmmm. Guess I need to think again on this.
Thanks

You have got me curious: May I ask why you want to hard wire your Bluetooth headset to the Wing?

Is your headset running off of bike power? If so, an audio isolation transformer would probably solve the problem. Otherwise, I suspect your bike has dirty grounds somewhere.

I want to be able to hear the wing audio in my Sena 20S headset but not ready to go the Freewire route yet.

Headsets are battery powered (Sena 20S).

All I am trying to do is get the audio from the radio directly into the headset. I don't have any noise issues in the headset as of now since I have not gotten connected yet. ;-D

Makes sense. If you do not have, nor are planning on a CB, the Freewire will be more expense than you need. With no CB, when/if you are ready, the Sena SM10 would be a cheaper option for you, plus a passenger could also listen to the Wing.

Do a search on eBay or Amazon. Somebody makes an adapter that pugs into the 5 pin headset cable and converts to earphone jack size. I think Edsets used to.
