New member from Southern Illinois

Hi All,

Just picked up a Black 2013 F6B Deluxe I found collecting dust in a guys garage with 141 miles on the odometer. Now this is my kind of Goldwing!!! I've enjoyed owning several nice motorcycles over the years, including a 2000 Valkyrie Tourer, and this F6B is at the top of the list for bikes that suit me best at this stage of my life. I've tossed up some photos of a few of the bikes I've owned over the years in my gallery.

Looking forward to being a member of this online community.

Before the Goldwing was invented, a chromed out CB750 with a fairing, trunk, bags and touring seat was pretty darn awesome!

Thanks UNCLEJOHN! The Moonshine Lunch Run looks interesting. I had never heard of it. It's 165 miles from my place.

BTW, I used to live in Tallahassee 15 years ago when I was the State Coordinator for the Florida Rider Training Program.

Thanks Zee Fifty. I like that you have a classic Honda for your avatar too.

Thats only 2 1/2 hours away.
You own an F6B.
Shooter,Bird and I ride 2 1/2 hours to get gas on our F6Bs.
Welcome aboard.
The F6B only gets better and better.
You were smart to get the fastest color one also!

Doug

Yep, I rode to Paducah, KY yesterday just to eat lunch. While I really like some of the other colors, specifically the blue and white, I'm so glad I ended up with the only proper color on a FB6. Besides, performance is important so black is the only true choice.
