Well - do ya want a run-flat or a non-run-flat. Big difference in recommendations there. @Rail32 & @Murgie for their current recommendations.

And there's also whether or not a rider is considered to be a "Hot Rider", or a more sedate one like me I'm liking my Alpin RF.

Appears the pigeon has flown the coop - no response to the first question - what is he looking for?? Hard for Rail or Murgie to respond with no follow-up.

Just saw this. I sent PR a PM about my thoughts on what my choices would be.

I did not fly le coupe', just got wrapped-up in another project.

I prefer non-run flats. I was wild, but now pretty mild (but when the itch hits me, I wanna scratch in style). Murgie gave good info on what he is eyeballing for the future. Right now, my bike wears what his is too, except his will see a MUCH shorter useful life than mine. The Falken model we have is out of production, at least for now, so I was thinking ahead.

AND, I believe the runflat choices DO offer a safety advantage, especially about NOT rolling off of the bead seats in the event of a flat during hard riding. But, so far I have not liked how a RF handles on the edge. Hard to explain, but .....
