No stress methods (3) to layover your bike for a rear tire change

These videos show two methods to lay your bike over for a tire change. Bad knees? No problem. Bad back? No problem. No helper? No problem!

Method # 1. Watch either video. Tie off front brake. Attach a non-stretchy strap to your seat handle and the other end to your vehicle. Carefully drive the vehicle backward to lay down and forward to upright. Do not use a stretchy yellow tow strap, use a solid cable, rope. or chain.
