When the Bike MP3 player crapped out on me I decided not to pay $110 for another one and went to the Internet and then to ebay and found out that the Yatour MP3 music player was the same thing. Plugged it in to the same cable and found out that instead of 75 selections in each category- it had 99. It has been working fine for 2 years now.

BikeMP3 is out of business!

I had purchased a Bikemp3 player for my GL1800 trike last April. In August I finally filed a warranty claim with BikeMP3 because of a hum due to a bad cable. Every 3 weeks BikeMP3 promised me the new cable with filter for Nav and XM radios would be mailed to me ASAP.
On Jan 18th I got my last email from BikeMP3 promising the new cable would be mailed within the week.
Yesterday I learned that BikeMP3 is now out of business and their website is down. Guess what, no cable has arrived.
What a bummer as the MP3 concept was great. This was the 2nd BikeMP3 player I had owned but with customer service this poor, I guess it is no wonder they went out of business.

When you take down your website and disconnect your phones, you kind of have to read between the lines when they say that they no longer sell to the public.

I have been getting an unusual number of support requests from owners of the BikeMp3 CB radios for the past 6 months. Owners were getting no help from BikeMp3 with their problems. It was obvious that something was going on,, but I didn't know what. When this thread started a couple of months ago, it became clear what the problem was.

At this point, it still has to be considered just a rumor, but it sure doesn't look good when every trace of a company's existence appears to be gone.

I see that Yatour makes different models for different cars. Which one fit your existing wiring?
Thanks in advance.

Bike.mp3 was a dying company when they left Bartow FL, even 'when' they were there. Sometimes they were open, sometimes not, go figure how you run a business like that.

I Just got back from a Vegas trip.

While there I took a cab to their address and found the place closed up, no sign, no furniture inside.
