Saddlebaggage

OK , I confess to carrying too much gear. I never need most of it but its come in handy for helping others a lot of times. I carry
1. Plug kit
2. Air compressor
3. Ratchet and socket for removing rear wheel and a tool kit that I made up.
4. Stool (comes in handy for roadside breaks)
5. Jump-pak
6. Rain gear
7. Seasonal gloves
8. Thermal shirt
9. Ammo (if you're gun-phobic don't read this one)
10. Colorado Chaps
11. Thermos (ice water in summer and hot chocolate in winter)
12. Extra pair of glasses
I know that may sound like a lot but its not. I could put it all in one saddlebag if need be. I've done it before. So what do you guys carry if you're planning on riding several hundred miles?

My bags are normally packed with stuff. In the winter I always carry my heated gear(paints, jacket liner, and gloves(Hotwired)). I carry a small tool bag with the basics, two small flashlights, rain gear, Gopro, cell phone. Depending on the length of my trip I may carry a sleeping-bag and hammock/tent. I never leave without my Gold Book. I'm really bad about carrying things I don't need. So occasionally I'll go through it and take out the things I don't use but then I end up putting other things in it's place! I am considering a airpump of some kind but I have never had a flat on the road... So, do I want the extra weight and lost space.... maybe! If someone comes up with a system to figure out the things that really need to go with you, I'm listening!

The thermos. Keeps the hot things hot, and the cold things cold. Genius. How does it know?

This is my signature block. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My signature block is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life....

It's a "smart" Thermos. Smart phone, smart thermos... you get it right!

So, you're doing a little painting along the trip. Got to keep those paints warm.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

I probably carry too much with me, but at all times I have: Tire repair kit, air compressor, tool kit (from Amazon), tire pressure gauge, rain gear, jacket liners, big water bottle, ball cap, fobo tool, spare gloves, battery tender.

Oh, and I keep my LC9S Pro in the concealed carry pocket of my riding jacket.

Sandy I always carry my gun on me with two spare mags. I was talking about that extra hundred rounds I carry. 50 in each bag for balance.
