Utah has some great motorcycle roads. We visited the Big 5 (Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion) National Parks this past summer, and after entering Utah from Colorado, all were on the back Roads. Spectacular views. UT-128 from Cisco to Moab, UT-24, UT-12 and UT-9 are must rides. And just a short ways west off of I-15 is the Valley of Fire in Nevada.

Very nice pictures. Looks like Utah might be a place to plan some future trips! I do the roads less traveled myself. I live in Oklahoma and Home is Georgia. I hook to my camper or throw in the tent and set the GPS on Avoid highways and head east. I've even found that when you miss a turn you see some great things on the recovery route.

When I think of great days alone on the bike, I think of that same route.

I left out of Ouray at sunrise one day in early October, over Dallas Divide and had lunch in Moab.
Don't think I saw five cars and no bikes all the way.
Came around a corner and found a bunch of cattle in the road west of Naturita. They just stared at me like I was from Mars.

Went through Utah couple years ago, stayed at Ruby RV park in my leesurelite camper just a little ways from Bryce canyon. Was great. Definitely a must see.
