Anyone Else Make a Mistake ??

Had a blown low beam bulb on a recent trip, but already had spare at home. Removed old bulb in less than a minute, but took over 2 hours before successfully installing the new bulb. Cut to the chase; I was trying to install it upside down. Once I figured that out; less than 40 seconds it was completed. As they say in the movies; "DUH!".

Been there done that, also tried to change the low beam bulbs while on side stand, gravity is not your friend. The retainer spring keeps swinging down in your way, put it on the center stand rotated the bulb 180 and done in 5 minutes.

I believe experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

BTW: I try not to make mistakes like that more than once a day! Sometimes I actually succeed.
