What a GREAT trip . Keith and Marvin were fantastic tour guides and our new friend Rick kept us laughing ALL THE TIME. It was the best time ever with great guys and unbelievable roads and scenery. Keith and I left Marvin and Rick in Alpine and decided to make it Junction before we stopped for the night . At Junction Keith stopped for the night but I decided to try to make it on home . What a mistake that was. I should have listened to the wise and veteran traveler and stopped. I did not make it home until 12:30 AM. The winds were horrendous . I left Keith at 5:30 and by 6:30 I was thinking that my decision could be a mistake , by 7:30 I was pretty sure my decision was a mistake , by 8 :30 I was sure my decision was a mistake , by 10 :00 I was ^%$ #$@ more than sure it was a mistake .At 12 AM I could hardly move from fighting the winds , trucks , and tension from looking for deer. Next time Keith I will follow your advice to the letter Ha!!! Can't wait to do it again . Great videos coming soon.

Glad you made it home. Yes, our hindsight is always 20/20. Unfortunately, foresight does not work that way. I tend to think as you, just take it on home. I am getting a little better with age but I sure understand your return trip regrets.

Anxious to see some pictures.

A big thanks to Marvin for planning out a great ride. Weather was perfect, cool mornings and warm days. Had the best breakfast in my life at Presidio. Plan on making this an annual event.
