Alternator noise

Would anyone have a fix for getting rid of engine/alternator noise coming into the headsets.
I have to turn volume down to at least 5 to get rid of it and then have to turn it back up to 10 to here passenger. noise is too bad to leave it at 9 or 10.
Are there any noise suppressors that would get rid of it and if so, where do I mount it?

Is yours an airbagger? I think there was a Honda fix or service bulletin for that.
