Welcome! I would reach out to one of site sponsors, Sierra Electronics ((937) 335-8939) for help with anything audio. They are extremely knowledgeable and support this site. I have used them in the past for just information and purchases. Regardless of either, they have always been very helpful.

Take look at the Blue Streak product that is now for sale through Ed Sets (www.edsets.com) It might do what you want. I have not tried one yet but I've bought lots of other products from Ed and all of them have been outstanding.

This is what I use... https://www.sena.com/product/sm10/
For simple, simultaneous use of two devices

Like a wireless “splitter”

Both you and your passenger can listen to the same music or radio station at the same time, using any Bluetooth® headset on the market. With Bluetooth® 2.1+EDR, the SM10 allows you to add dual-stream wireless Bluetooth® transmitting capabilities for up to two audio devices, such as a mobile phone and MP3 player.

Plugs into the helmet extension with this...

3.5mm Stereo Jack to 5 pin DIN Cable for 1980-later Honda® Goldwing®

If you just want to hear the audio from the GL1800 system in a bluetooth headset many of the less expensive options will work. If you have/want the CB to work with the factory controls and where you can speak into your bluetooth headset on your helmet and your voice is sent back to the bluetooth device on the bike and transmitted, then you need to spend some money.
