FM Antenna relocation

I am looking to install a hidden am/fm antenna. My question is what is the best method for dealing with the holes in the luggage compartment after you remove the antenna?

I bought some short 1/4" stainless steel Carriage bolts, rounded the corners of the square section under the head, polished the head, cut the threads just long enough to allow a nut and attached them on the inside of the trunk. Use rubber washers to seal the holes.
