That should be interesting. Those things were flip happy as they were. Big wheels even more flippy.

Those were the reason Honda never made a factory Goldwing Trike. To many lawsuits for injuries received. We found that out when we use to go to the Honda Homecomings in Maryville years ago.

I owned 5 three wheelers . Never broke a bone on any of them. I even raced one season and never got hurt . Law of the jungle says the weakest die !! Lawyers are running this world .
Anyways still looking to purchase one !!

That's what they told us.
A few years later, we where there and my friend Mike had his Goldwing made into a Motor Trike. We pulled into the parking lot a the factory and parked our Wings. Within a half hour, 7 Honda techs came out with clip board, tape measures, etc and were checking out his trike from top to bottom. We thought that the next year or 2, Honda would come out with a trike.
That's when we found out it would a never happen.

My kids grew up riding a 185 Honda 3 wheeler in the sand dunes near our house! When they out grew it and started riding dirt bikes with me, I sold to a buddy of mine who hunted off of it in our swamps. You couldn't kill the darn thing!

I always liked the 3 wheelers.... a blast to ride. They must of sold a zillion of those things in the day. I can remember we had 3 Honda dealers in Tucson in the day and every payday the pickup trucks were driving around town with brand new 3 wheelers in the back of their trucks. ...... what a hit they were.
