Happy Fathers day

I will be spending my day with daughter enjoying new smoker grill prime rib , smoked almonds and freshly made smoked salmon dip after my smoked salmon omlet this morning . She is coming over to help me split wood like she did in her youth . She enjoys running the splitter . Betty has volunteered to pile also today while smoker is running making our supper. Cloudy day with lower temps should make it a great day to be outside .
I hope all the rest of you fathers are enjoying the day also with your children .

= no eating or drinking warning . Whenever this is seen on one of my posts ,please put down the food and drink as to prevent choking hazard while trying to laugh with mouth full. Nothing worse than coffee out ones nose landing on keyboard . Nothing !

Father's Day and smoked meat are a great combination! I put a 9-1/2 lb. pork butt on the smoker at 7:30 this morning, and just now finished eating a tasty pulled pork dinner with Jen and the kids. Prime rib on the smoker sounds really good too.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!

Marinated 50/50 dry rubbed pork tenderloin. Totally awesome with around a 1 inch smoke ring.
