Running/Floorboards

So I decided to get me a set of boards for the bike. Basically because I got sick of me right foot slipping off the peg?
So It takes maybe Half an hour to fit em, and don't tighten up the brake lever too tight cause I broke mine. Now it comes with a heal toe shifter which takes some getting used too but may turn out good?
No they fit up real good and shiny but your Sidestand goes missing cause its covered by the running board, yah got to lift the board up to get to it? Now yah can spend maybe $50 plus postage to get a Sidestand extender? but if yah cheap like me and got half an hour yah can make one thats heaps better than the one yah buy.
So yah gets yahself a length say 3 feet of thin aluminium rod maybe a quarter of an inch and yah bend up like in the amazingly accurate to scale drawing I did.
Now before yah do that yah got to measure up the length that runs down on the kickstand and the other section that runs out. simply bend it up and fit it to the side stand a rod each side of the sidestand shaft with a couple of hose clamps and the jobs done
