Sena SM10

Just ordered one of them Sena SM10 Bluetooth set ups.
Seems it plugs into your Audio system using the standard jack with a 3.5 fitting as shown in the picture
But the one in the pictures about $15 delivered
But this ones $3 and it has an extra 3.5 pin so you can use earbuds when your riding with a helmet that dosn't have your headset

You then Pair the SM10 with your Headset
And everything from the bikes audio then comes into your headset
It says you can plug your GPS into it and recieve the directions through your Bikes Audio system and then to your headset??

Something is goofy there. 3.5mm is 3/16", 2.5mm is 1/8". That says 3.5 / 1/8. You want 3.5mm stereo. Pic looks like 2.5mm mono.

Good luck. I hope you hit this lottery and you get what you need.

If you have to take a mulligan, note that you don't really need the dual plug. The SM10 has dual inputs (aux input for your GPS, etc) and if you are running with earbuds then a) you want a jack anyway, not a plug; b) you can unplug your SM10 and use your plug-to-jack adapter on that lead.

This is my signature block. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My signature block is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life....

I am running the 2 3.5 pins because with a jack I can use My earbuds with a helmet that has no Bluetooth
After buying the SM10 been thinking Im an idiot as a 3.5 connection on my bikes audio jack allows me to use earbuds that does the same thing basically as the big money SM10.
Just an idiot
Oh and the Sena SM10 wont turn on and off with the bike so you have to push the on every-time the bike starts? Like all Sena stuff it was built in a cave
But a little bit of research tells me that if I remove the battery from the SM10 and keep it charging through the bike it will turn on and off with the bike?

Well i started out with nothing and I still got a whole lot left
