Try contacting DDKing from this forum about getting the Mic-O-Pegs.

Don't know the problem. I have never needed to call, but they have always responded promptly to my emails. If you wanted to try that, here is the email address that I use:

mickopegs@gmail.com

Their pegs are the most comfy I have tried. If you get the wrong set of "legs", they will swap them out for you. They do want you satisfied and comfy when you ride. I am awaiting a replacement set of black legs from where a lady in an Accord knocked me and my Wing to the ground. I was lucky, as I only suffered soft tissue injury to my right foot. I was only out of riding for a couple of weeks. Here's hoping you get back on yours soon. I feel your frustration.

I've had similar problems trying to call them. But email worked real well getting the conversation started. Then I moved over to the telephone.
