Tell you what, why don't you start out with sending in a penny to a moderator of your choice. Double that the next day, then again double that amount for day number three. Each of the next 30 days, you double each day what you sent in the previous day (again - to the moderator of your choice), it's only pennies. Right? After you make your final payment on day number 30, you come back to this thread and tell us all which moderator you sent your 'pennies' to, and then we can decide if we still think they need a raise.

The moderators do an amazing job and we are very gratefully for what they do for the community. We appreciate all they do for the members and the community is very grateful for everything they do for the site.
