Cool Bad Thermistor service?

Hey there guys,

I didn't realize you were sponsors here... that's great to hear!

I just recently posted an issue regarding my Ultimate King in a thread on the main forum... thought I'd give you a heads up on it here:

I'd like to give a positive shout out to the folks at Ultimate Seats. I too, had a heated seat which was not working. I bought the seat new in March but did not test the heat until recently, when I discovered it didn't work.

I shipped the seat back and held my breath while they inspected the seat for water damage...I didn't expect any, but you never know...

Finding no water damage, they shipped me a new heated seat, which is working just fine!
