External Poll Voting Site

Due to the forum limitations of 10 selections, I'm trying out an external polling site.

Please, click this link and take the poll. It's a few random Goldwing pics. Vote >>HERE<<

I have a couple questions once you take the poll.

1) Can you go back, and re-vote on the poll?

2) Were you limited to only 1 choice?

Thank you!

Just took your poll.
It appears I was able to vote for more than one (I couldn't tell until I looked at results, and I think it took both picks).
Trouble is... I really couldn't tell which one I had selected. It was not Highlighted or Checked Off or any visible clue.

Also, Yes... I was able to go "back" and vote again.
That time I voted for a picture that had no previous votes, and when I asked to see the results, my second vote appeared to also be counted.

FYI.

I've always liked polls where you can vote as many times as you want.

I can't seem to view the poll results.

Thank you for the feedback.

When you click your selection, it flashes several times when you do.

And, in my settings, I can apply an IP filter after the votes. I voted once for each picture, and it accepted all my votes. However, when I went into administration, and applied the IP filter to all votes cast, it removed all my votes except my 1st one.

Thank you!

I had initially set the votes cast to public. But with the ability to vote multiple times, I turned off public viewing of votes.

What I'll have to do is, review the results, apply the IP filter to remove multi-votes, and then screen shot and post the results.

Thank you for your feedback.

I assumed there was some adjustment for this. Looking forward to more polls!

I just changed the color scheme. Not only does your vote flash rapidly, once it stops, it will be a different color than the rest of the selections. So you can see your selection.

Thanks again!

I've started a photo contest for the Wisconsin board. You can read it here >>Photo Contest<<

Trying to find a better way to poll for the weekly submissions, and then the final 12 pictures out of the 31 weekly winners.

This forum is limited to 10 selections.

My survey site appears to be unlimited, and at no cost. So, testing it out!

Any chance you could make the "different color" something more visual... like Red?
The black highlight just looks like a border on the photo... especially on the test photo that is vertically cropped and already has a black border on the top and bottom.

Just my $.02.

Just checked it out. Makes me wish I was in Wisconsin. I'll check back and vote when appropriate.
