Good friend on mine in Payson posted on his FB wall a recent pic on top of Snowbowl near the 11,500 elevation mark. Looks like there are several inches of the white stuff happily laying around, looking nice and pretty.
Another good friend in Payson believes Rim Country should get a decent amount of snowfall this winter.
I know it's still somewhat warm in the deserts and this is something you may not desire to see at this time, but I thought they were some cool comments and pics. Guess the reason I liked their commentary is that this time of year on top of the Rim, the trout start becoming aggressively active gorging on bugs for when the water freezes over.
