A few days ago I got up before dawn and took a ride out of the west valley, through Wickenburg and up Yarnell Hill. The temp got down into the low 60's and I actually turned on the grip heaters for a few miles. Awesome. I know us desert riders are warm blooded anyway and low 60's isn't really that cold but it was kind of a nice change. The early mornings have been great lately, but wet in many places also.
JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR YOU TO ENJOY THAT "DRY HEAT " :wink2: HERE IN FLORIDA I'M GOOD TILL AROUND 50 THEN THE GLOVES COME ON. WILL BE 1 ST WINTER WITH HEATED GRIPS SO MAYBE CAN GO LONGER WITHOUT GLOVES
I have had the heated grips since 2009 when I bought my 1800. It is nice to keep using the light gloves almost all year long..
