BMW R1200rt (post 2014), 638 lbs with top case. Maximum load 30 pounds more than the Wing. 127 hp at crank, 113 at rear wheel...0-60 in 3 seconds. BMW R1200 rs series, Even lighter (615 pounds) with optional aluminum cases that dwarf the Wing's luggage capacity by over 25 liters. maximum load is 30 pounds more than the Wing. Slightly more power than RT, with 132 hp at crank and 117 at rear wheel. On/off road capable, it's the largest selling "touring" motorcycle in the world not made by HD... 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. At 750 pounds with optional top case and all options is the Triumph Trophy. 0-60 in under 4 seconds. There are also other BMW, KTM and Aprila touring bikes not mentioned. It is what it is. The Wing isn't particularly quick or fast. Most on this board haven't ridden even one of those bikes..but they'll "blindly" argue that the Wing is best in it's class...I guess that class means the "heaviest". I enjoy your posts. Have a great weekend. ....Jon
