    I double-checked what I wrote. I do not specify trunk lights anywhere. I do indicate that you have to remove the acorn nuts inside each saddlebag before pulling the taillight assembly. My instructions are correct for a 2012-2017 Goldwing.

    Does that clear up the confusion?

    This sounds like instructions for 1st generation. I had a 2008, and this is what I did for it. My 2016 only has brake lights in the trunk. Am I correct, or did I miss something. Guessing I will take the light out of the trunk and figure a way to tie in there.
