Not sure if it helps. several years ago I replaced my original Kury Pegs, as they had become sharpened beyond repair.
I used a set of Harley Passenger Foot Pegs. They're pretty simple. They fit perfectly, the chrome didn't rust (like the Kury's do) and IMHO they looked just fine. Of course any Foot Peg made for a Harley will work so let the world be your Shopping Mall I suppose.
The ones I used Harley calls: "5 in. Extended Footpegs with Chrome End Cap" and their Part Number is: 49500-92T, List is $44.95 but if you search eBay I'm pretty sure they'll come up for much less than that.
I've got 2 or 3 pair. Have to see if I've got a single. Contact me at 1bigjohn@cableone.net and I'll see what I can dig up. Are you missing the right or left peg?
I think I have what you need. A couple of years ago, I lost my right peg. I bought a new set and added Ergo III arms. For some strange reason, I kept the left peg and the Ergo II arms, just in case.
Condition-wise, it looks pretty similar to the picture in your OP.
I'm about 45 minutes north of the Ohio River, just off I-75. It's a little out of your way going to PA. Shoot me a PM with phone number if you want to stop and take a look at what I have before you head to Iron Pony.
Do you need the arm that connects to crash bar ? If so is it 4 or 6 inch
