Greetings,
I am new to this forum and the Goldwing family and I have an issue with my right rear turn signal. When I turn the key the right rear signal lights up and the left rear doesn't. When I activate the signal switch for a right turn the front signal will blink swiftly and the rear doesn't blink at all. When I activate the left side both signals work as they are supposed to. I was told I had a bad bulb, so I replaced the right rear bulb with a new one purchased from a dealership as I wanted to make sure I was using the correct replacement. Just looking for some help here...please!
Ok, so do you have any added on accessories for the lights in the rear? Such as a modulator or a trailer harness for towing? Has any work been done lately to the rear of the bike?
I guess I didn't explain the situation fully. I purchased the bike from a shop that sells used cycles. As stated once I discovered the brake issue I took it to a local Honda dealership and it took the dealership 3 weeks just to look at the bike. By the time they did the 30 day warranty from where I purchased the bike from had expired. I need to state that the dealership called me with some other brake issues with the bike. I called the Used Bike Dealer about said issues and they retrieved the bike from the dealership and took care of the brake issues, they also took the bike to another local Honda dealership to have the recall completed FREE OF CHARGE even though the bike was out of warranty. If I had discovered I had a lighting problem, I would have had that taken care of before having the recall addressed. I apologize for the misinformation in the previous post!

Finally...
When the local dealership was putting the bike back together after completing the brake recall they inverted the lights in the right side... the left rear running light needed to be replaced. I spoke with the technician at Used Bike Emporium whom I purchased the bike from and Little John says " bring it in and maybe I can wave a magic wand over it!" I dropped the bike off thinking a couple of days; drive 20 minutes home walk in the door and Little John calls and says "your bike is ready for pick up!" He explains what the problem was, it cost me a whopping $5.99 and I as happy as a pig in s---! Big thumbs up to Used Bike Emporium!>
Glad it was an easy fix. Wondering why the shop removed the lights to do the brake recall. I guess they must have unnecessarily pulled the saddlebag completely off of the bike.
It's a good distance; but I will be going back to them!
