always cool to see some of my handy work!!!!
Rick
This I can do myself with my own Goldwing and video camera, now let's see your 18 wheeler full of Sea Ray boats...................:yes1:...........LOL

the yellow wing appears to be pretty good at picking smoother lines

red wing should have given a friendly wave to the driver that pulled over to let him pass
well remember that nerves act up when the camera is on!!!

what exhaust are you running on the wing? sounds good.

Great video! Thanks for posting.

As I recall you like to run a Bridgestone 709 up front. What air pressure do you run it at?

Thanks again.
i ran a stone ft and metz rear,41/41,,,,,

If that were a silver bike, I'd say it was me. Love the twisties, just don't get to practice them enough.

Rick,
Love the stories about the different guys that kept insisting you wouldn't be able to keep up with him. A lot probably looked like this.

these folks did pretty good i think,a 14+ lap two up is good

funny thing about this video is,,,,,,,for the life of me i dont remember them, the riders, the video nadda, lol

my guess is because it was for the most part a smooth no issue run?

How did you get the "No wind" audio? It is muffled so I am going to guess you have a remote mic in the side case? I like it.
i had a remote mike hanging to the rear and under the trunk,,,,also this guy turned the volume down as my bike is louder than this

Wow, I guess we were all newbies at riding twisties at one time. :eek:4:

What was that pace? About 17 minutes?

good pace i think,14:30 give or take,,also it dont seem that speed was their first thought and a nice ride was,,,,,,,,as far as the riding it was alot better than some guys on here that think they are very good, lol

Riding the yellow in corners, crossing the yellow, passing you in a tight corner. Is not my idea of smooth.

Yes I've seen my share of riders do things like this, and pretty it is not.:eek:4:

Overall it was a normal pace for that road from other vid's I've seen.

Hopefully the other rider watched the vid later and said "wow I didn't think I did those things" We all learn from videos!:doorag:

no one said they were great riders,i just said it was not to bad,as far as passing me it was pre set up with a signal from him, looked blind but was not

Just confirms an old adage. People who want their ride filmed rarely should...
Not everyone, but most.
ok a short story

i was at the store one day.a man and woman walked over to me and asked if i was the film guy,i told them yes.
they said they both rode harleys and wanted to get filmed. i asked which way"north or south" would you like to get filmed to which they said they both liked south better.
i said thats cool that will give me a chance to ride around you to get a feel for how you guys ride,so we saddled up and rode north bound to the overlook, let me say they rode great, took good lines, rode well around each other and me,not fast but a very very good ride!!!

when we got to the other side i heaped them with praise,i said you guys ride just like that again and i will give you a awsome video!!!!!!!!!!

so off we go with the video disc rolling and let me tell you i have never seen a worse display of riding in my life, going to fast, crossing the center line,it was down right scary!!!!!

when we got to the other end i was like"what the heck was that?"
they both knew it was bad and both said they knew the cam was on and they were scared!

so the lesson is you never know for sure why folks look like theey do on a video unless you see them in more than one,lol
