that is a complete bummer, take a ride it will make you feel better, at work during this past summer, the company decided to install sprinklers on this area next to the bike parking area and ran them during a real hot day, all the bikes ended up with caked on dirt and water spots all over them, some cars included, company gave us money for the detailing , i kept it and did it myself, plus a few cold beers. idiots.
Phone ATC at your nearest airport with a complaint, have time and location available and ask for the tail number so you can file a claim.
FAA could be the second call if you are not getting anywhere.
There are minimums, if the pilot has violated them, there is a process which may (or maynot) be helpful for you.

Speaking as a retired ATC Tower manager you wouldn't get that information from me unless you have the tail number. If the parking lot is over 5 miles from the ATC facility the pilot doesn't even have to talk to them so it would be a guess on the controller's part and they won't guess over something like that.
Best thing is to get hold of the local Flight Safety District Office (FSDO) and ask for their help and that's even a real slim chance without the tail number.
Had a crop duter drop his load on my head once, I was out on the atv spraying weeds sucked. Hurried home towash that stuff off, didnt want to turn into the incredible shrinking man..

I am guessing this was at a Navy base and If so he doesn't have much of a chance to recoup any damages. Unless the pilot broke some regulation on his landing or take off. Something like this happened to one of the guys I worked with back in the day and the Navy denied his claim. Long drawn out deal. Just a guess mind you.

I was the same way in the army and from looking at his location on his profile and a map I'm guessing Quantico. I would think it would almost take hovering over the bikes to knock them over unless it was a big helicopter and that pretty much rules out civilian in that area of the country.
I was parked at the Pentagon near the helipad and in the specified motorcycle parking area. I have been parking there for years with no issues.
As far as I know, no one saw the incident.
I do have the forms I need to fill out to submit the claim.
LarryM - I didn't take a look at the Vision but did speak with the rider and I got the impression that he didn't have the damage the Wings had. He already had his bike up before I got there.
Thanks again everyone for your comments.
