    Default Heated Jacket - Kobalt

Just learned yesterday that Lowe's sells a Heated Jacket. It is Lithium-Ion, has 3 heat settings, 3 zones, 4 pockets, and includes a charger.

I also read one was used under a leather coat and the rider stayed warm in 25 degree temps.

I ordered one yesterday, it is being shipped to my home and expected on 2/28/2012.

    A review will be coming...

Someone in here will figure out how to make a converter, to eliminate the battery, and just plug that directly into the bike.

For $70, that is a heck of a deal!

I've not seen that, and don't believe it.

    Default Lows Heated jacket

I have been researching heated lines, gloves and socks. What I have found is the Kolbolt Jackets do not heat in the sleeves.

That is correct. Nor do they even heat the entire jacket, but rather heat a small area around the kidneys. Better than nothing but for sure it's not a Gerbing.

I just looked and all they listed were the medium, large, and x-large. All three were priced at $70.
Not such a good deal if only a small portion of the jacket is heated.
