    Default Mars Cheese Castle

    Hey guys & gals,
The Mrs & I took a ride north to cheese country and stopped at the Mars Cheese Castle. This was our first stop since their rebuild. It is a must see stop. Whether as a destination or just a coffee break. Lots of cheese, sausages and novelty items. Not much for Bears fans but still a must stop. 80* on St Pat's day. Can you believe it.

I went past there last Tuesday, but I can't go in there...my cardiologist would have a cow.
I used to eat all kinds of that yummy cheese, but unfortunately, not any more

Mars is OK but stop at the little shop just to the south on the frontage road. Bobby Nelsons, they are great people and they have wonderful sausages made right there. I'd rather give my cash to mom and pop. But saddly I moved 1800 miles away. Anyway stop in at Bobbys and try their Landjaeger his got the best around hands down.

I've stopped there quite a few times over the years on the way to the Dells with the kids.

Your cardiologist is wrong. We have a Biochemist in the family they know the human body. He says cheese is a very healthy food. Cheese that is RAW or 3 years or older is best. Just Sayin

The wife loves Kringle so when I'm headed home from the temp job in Milwaukee I stop by and grab one for her. Barely fits in the trunk though.
