Yep, we rode to Nashville Saturday morning for the Nashville Predators/Chicago Blackhawks game Saturday night. Sunday morning we hit the Loveless Cafe for breakfast and then down the Natchez Trace over to Columbia, Pulaski, Athens, on to home. Great ride!![]()

We rode up to Huntsville Sunday to eat at a pretty good pizza place and then came back home with 4 other bikes. It was a great day to ride.

That's where we rode to (Loveless Cafe). About 8 local bikes rode over to Greenhill, Al to meet up some other friends from Lauderdale county, then headed up the Trace to Loveless Cafe for lunch, then chased the hail storms back down the Trace to Lawrenceburg. Barely got sprinkled on, but there was some heavy baseball hail falling back here near Athens. We kept timing our stops and pacing our ride so that we stayed just behind and in between the storm clouds. BTW, we have grown tired of the 2 hour waits, the deffining noise, and the over priced food at the Cafe. The food is good, but $42 for 2 catfish plates and 2 teas is pretty pricey to me. Probably will be our last trip there. Could have had marinated ribeyes at Sarge's Shack for the same money.

Wish I could ride. Recovering from knee surgery. At least 2 more week per Dr. before I can ride. Might try and sneak a ride in this weekend if feeling better.

Stan congrats on the grand kid. And just where is that sarge's shack. I am allwase on the lookout for a good ribeye. The bone in ribeye at Texas Roadhouse is my favorite lately.
Did someone mention pizza?

FYI, you can still buy Terry's Pizza in the Star Market grocery stores.
Village pizza across from East Limestone High school for me!![]()

Heresay was that Terry's Pizza was so good that the type of cheese was imported (from Wisconsin) so Star Market might be using different cheese? Thanks, I may try Star Market's since I go to the line and get lottery tickets.
Try Vittone's on 2nd Ave. Decatur close to the courthouse and see what you think.

Out of all the places that sells pizza, to this date my all time favorite pizza has been by Anthony's Italian Restaurant in Bryson City, NC
http://anthonysitalianrestaurant.wordpress.com/
No one even comes close when it comes to real Italian pizza, as well as authentic Italian food. Anytime we ride the mountains and are within 50-60 miles of them, we make a special run to Anthony's for lunch. Last year we stayed in Robbinsville, NC at The Two Wheel Inn, and on our way back from Highlands we detoured to have a late lunch at Anthony's.....only about 30 miles away. We plan to go back to The Two Wheel Inn and Anthony's again this year.

We'll be headed back again this year, just don't know when yet. My wife wants to spend more time in Highlands this time, instead of just passing through like last time. We also hope to get up a group ride for another stay at The Two Wheel Inn.
