    Can anyone point me to someone who has these in stock, and will ship internationally ? i tried tirerack they were out of stock

    Yes it is, The PA3 only comes in a ZP

    I successfully ordered one from Canadian Tire in Canada. It was shipped to The Canadian Tire store that I selected. The tip may be useful for Canadians although maybe not for the OP.
