Hi, my name is Mike I started the paint thread on the F6B site before it crashed. I have had issues with the finish since day one. There is a list of owners that are giving their info so we can all adress Honda about this issue. Please add your info, even if it doesn't bother you as much as other people this is a problem and we need all effected owners to inform Honda so it can be fixed. I have talked to my dealer and mailed a letter to Honda so far, today I have a new plan.
After washing my F6B today I thought I'd wax it. I have several coats of wax already on it trying to protect the finish as best I can, so wiping the dried wax off is pretty easy, not to much elbow grease was needed to complete the work. I used a high quality brand name wax we all know. This is the results of three different cleaning towels I used all on ONE wax job on ONE F6B.
Now, I have boxed them all up even the wax, and printed out the Registry for Owners having issues with their paint, and I'm mailing it to Honda Tuesday morning
