Just a word of advice .... never use debt cards...there is no recourse if there is an issue. You can always dispute a charge on a credit card and 99% have zero fraud clause...meaning if you did make the charge...you don't pay....

No need to panic.... it takes three pieces of information for a credit card purchase to go thru... only the number, ( usally ) is stored on most merchants files....

There is recourse for fraud with a debit card. I work for a credit union and we have a full-time person who handles debit card fraud. The money is back in your account hours after filing a report.
Bike is gone. Parts are gone. I am gone.

Wouldn't it be ironic if it was the Chinese that hacked Harbor Freight who sells Chinese made goods?

If you have no recourse on your debit card, you need to change banks!

NEVER- save CC card numbers on any Server or even your own PC - If you have any online account -It should give that option to save /or not in your profile. That will at least keep you CC number from being Hacked- Your name and address is worth something but their main interest is in the CC numbers that bring the biggest resale value.
Reminder Heath Insurance -is NOT Health Care - Hope you can find a Doctor that accepts it.
