Does gas mileage get worse with c/t compared to m/c tire? Does H or V rated tire make a difference? Is there advantages to Run Flat or Bead Lock compared to regular c/t? Do c/t weigh considerably more than m/c tires? These may seem like dumb questions but just curious!

Haven't noticed a diff in mileage.
V rated tire will have slightly stiffer sidewall. Biggest advantage to RF is the obvious. It won't leave you astranded somewhere with a flat tire. You can ride it to get it fixed. Most RFs weight about 7 lbs more. The non-RFs are lighter.
